Conceptual: Organ Donor Movie Posters
Thinking differently about a serious subject
The problem was simple, organ designations in Pennsylvania were stuck at about half for decades. So what to do to shake things up? To reach an audience that was resistent, stubborn, increasingly younger and also increasingly older? When we were invited to pitch the business I told my staff to approach the problem from a different angle, to think about promoting organ designations in new places, to new audiences, in a way they wouldn't expect. One of the results was faux movie posters that we would have placed among real ones in movie theaters across the state. The idea was good enough to win the business, but it never went anywhere after that. So typical of pitch concepts. I always believed the idea had merit, so it's about time they saw the light of day.
